Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support, ensuring a positive hospital experience.
• Assist in the development and implementation of nursing care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with health regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences and family meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Registered Nursing licensure and clinical experience
