Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage creativity.
• Create detailed tech packs to communicate specs to production.
• Evaluate the success of past collections and use data to inform future designs.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall product offering.
• Mentor and guide junior designers within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design
• Reputable industry training is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in the fashion industry

Technical Skills

• Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Fabric Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Fashion Merchandising Certification
• Sustainable Fashion Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
