Job Description

As a Public Health Official at the Health Services Agency, you will lead initiatives to enhance community health, implement health policies, and engage with various stakeholders to promote health and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Lead health promotion activities and campaigns across the community.
  • Assess community health needs through surveys and focus groups.
  • Work with local health departments to address emerging health issues.
  • Develop partnerships with community organizations to enhance health services.
  • Prepare materials for health education and community engagement.
  • Utilize data analysis in decision-making for health programs.
  • Stay abreast of public health legislation and policy changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in public health or health program management
