Responsibilities

• Perform health assessments and screenings for patients.

• Prescribe and administer vaccinations.

• Document all patient interactions and findings comprehensively.
• Advocate for patient needs and ensure access to resources.
• Continue professional development through ongoing education.
• Participate in committee work and team meetings.

• Contribute to clinic operations and patient flow management.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent
• Additional certification in family medicine is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical practice

Certifications

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
• Basic Life Support Certification
