• Maintain compliance with the organization's IT security protocols.
• Assist with the setup of workstations for new employees.
• Monitor and maintain system performance and security.
• Evaluate and recommend new hardware or software solutions.
• Follow up with users to ensure issues are successfully resolved.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• A+ or N+ certification preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
