Responsibilities

• Handle incoming support tickets via email and phone.
• Maintain accurate records of support actions and solutions.
• Assist in setting up and installing new hardware.
• Perform regular updates and maintenance on software applications.
• Support remote users via phone and online tools.
• Communicate with various departments regarding IT queries.
• Document and escalate unresolved issues to senior staff.
• Assist in maintaining documentation and user guides.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance IT skills.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT or related field
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years working in IT support

Technical Skills

• Windows and MacOS
• Technical Troubleshooting

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Virtualization Technologies: Understanding of virtual machines and hypervisors.
