We are on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our Bloemfontein team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and a sound understanding of IT systems and networks. Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming IT support requests efficiently.
  • Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve printer and peripheral issues.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is in good working order.
  • Update IT documentation and manuals as needed.
  • Provide feedback to management on common technical issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development.
  • Assist with inventory management of IT supplies.
  • Conduct regular audits of hardware and software assets.
  • Collaborate with IT team to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or customer service roles
