Job Description

We're looking for an E-commerce Specialist to optimize our online presence. You'll leverage your skills in digital marketing, data analysis, and customer engagement to drive our e-commerce initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategies that boost online sales.
  • Utilize A/B testing to refine marketing approaches.
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts for product promotion.
  • Adapt marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in e-commerce.
  • Develop and manage customer retention programs.
  • Collaborate with IT to improve website functionality.
  • Conduct workshops to enhance the team's e-commerce capabilities.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to other team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications are preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing
