Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Clinical Research Associate to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the conduct of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to good clinical practices.
• Prepare and review trial-related documents, including investigator brochures.
• Perform regular site audits and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with investigators and site staff to facilitate recruitment strategies.
• Assist in data collection and analysis, ensuring accuracy of clinical data.
• Provide training to site staff regarding study procedures and protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Pharmacy
• Master's or higher in Healthcare is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical research experience

Certifications

• Certification in Clinical Research (CITI)
• Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
