Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to enhancing guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department.
  • Create and maintain a positive environment for guests and employees.
  • Implement effective cost-control measures without compromising quality.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
  • Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate and optimize staff schedules based on business needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or Food Service Management
  • Bachelor's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector
