Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Event Planner to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and executing various events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to create unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive event plans and schedules that detail all phases of the event.
• Monitor event progress and adapt plans as necessary to achieve success.
• Engage in ongoing communication with stakeholders throughout the planning process.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning and execution of events.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Event Management
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in managing events of various sizes

Technical Skills

• Vendor Management

Certifications

• Event Planning Certification (EPC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
