Job Description

As a Retail Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and leading our team in delivering outstanding service and creating an enjoyable shopping atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all aspects of the store's operations, from staffing to customer service.
  • Supervise and train employees to achieve peak performance.
  • Set and monitor sales goals and ensure team accountability.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to drive sales.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and implement improvements.
  • Ensure effective management of stock and inventory controls.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
  • Respond to inquiries and challenges from customers promptly.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate in Retail Management or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management is an advantage
