Job Description

As a Retail Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive sales in our Port Elizabeth store. You will ensure exceptional customer service while optimizing store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail team to achieve operational and sales goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Manage stock levels and reorder when necessary.
• Analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Implement effective merchandising and promotional displays.
• Conduct regular staff performance reviews.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely stock delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Assist in developing the store budget and forecasts.

Advantageous

• Experience with retail analytics tools: Proficient in using data analysis tools for retail performance.
• Fluency in additional South African languages: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a bonus.
