Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of clinical trials.
• Review informed consent forms to ensure participant comprehension.
• Engage with ethical boards to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with data management teams to analyze clinical data.
• Facilitate site selection and initiate regulatory submissions.
• Monitor compliance with trial protocols and report deviations.
• Maintain communication with investigators on study concerns.
• Train new staff on project protocols and compliance standards.
• Assist in drafting final study reports and publications.
• Ensure protocol amendments are communicated and implemented.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in clinical research or trial management
