We are seeking a talented Data Scientist capable of turning raw data into actionable insights. Utilize your skills in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling to influence data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Utilize statistical tools to analyze and interpret data sets.
• Develop and implement data models to improve data-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide insights that guide campaign strategies.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to present complex data in an accessible manner.
• Perform A/B testing and multivariate testing to enhance conversion rates.
• Train and mentor junior data analysts on best practices and methodologies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technology best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Master's degree in Data Science or Analytics is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in analyzing large datasets
