Responsibilities

• Review and process medication orders safely and efficiently.
• Deliver customer service that meets the organization’s standards.
• Document all pharmaceutical interventions and patient education.
• Participate in pharmacy audits and quality improvement activities.
• Mentor pharmacy interns and support staff.
• Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in retail pharmacy

• Pharmaceutical Knowledge
• Healthcare Compliance

• Interpersonal Skills
• Problem Solving

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist with the SAPC
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
