Public Health Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Public Health Officer to join our team in Cape Town. You will work on various health initiatives aimed at improving community health outcomes. This role involves conducting health assessments, developing health programs, and promoting health education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to underserved populations for health education.
• Collaborate with schools and businesses to promote health awareness.
• Collect and analyze health data to inform program development.
• Organize workshops and training sessions on public health topics.
• Work with health agencies to coordinate responses to health emergencies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Public Health or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in public health program management
