Job Description

The Mold Holder plays a critical role in managing molds and ensuring their proper handling and storage. This position is key to maintaining our production efficiency and effectiveness, requiring a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the inspection and maintenance of molds to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime due to mold issues.
• Document all mold handling procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate mold repairs and maintenance schedules with external vendors when necessary.
• Provide feedback on mold performance to inform design improvements.
• Perform preventive maintenance on molds to extend their lifespan.
• Assist in troubleshooting mold-related production disruptions effectively.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in mold handling or related field is preferred.
