Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in the delivery and management of projects at Project Management Solutions. Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, tracking project progress, and liaising with clients to ensure project milestones are achieved effectively. We are looking for someone with a knack for multitasking and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between clients and the project team.
  • Compile and analyze project performance metrics.
  • Assist in preparing project proposals and presentations.
  • Guide team members in following project processes.
  • Assist in training new team members on project tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Project Management or equivalent
Experience
  • 1+ year of experience in project coordination or related roles
Technical Skills
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and resource management
Soft Skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Problem-solving
Certifications
  • Project Management Fundamentals Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
