Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering is a strong plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of industrial experience in aerospace design

Technical Skills

• Structural Analysis
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Project Management

Certifications

• FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification - preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or MATLAB: Experience in using programming languages for simulations and data analysis.
• Experience with project management software: Familiarity with tools such as MS Project or Jira for project tracking.
