Responsibilities

• Perform variance analysis and report on discrepancies.
• Support the finance team in year-end audits and reporting.

• Facilitate discussions regarding financial performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a financial analyst role or similar
