Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Insurance Advisor to enhance our client relations in Durban. Your role will involve assessing client needs, presenting suitable insurance products, and assisting with policy renewals and claims. Build long-lasting relationships with clients and provide them with peace of mind regarding their coverage!

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to evaluate their insurance needs.
• Recommend suitable insurance policies and packages.
• Assist clients in understanding their policies and coverage.
• Develop and deliver insurance quotes to clients.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure client retention.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team for policy approval.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Prepare reports on client feedback and product performance.
• Attend industry events to network and gain industry insights.
• Support other team members as required.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification in finance, business or related field

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance or sales

• FAIS Compliance Certificate
