Job Description

Join our team as a Bus and Truck Mechanic where you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of diesel engines and heavy vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. We're looking for a skilled technician with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test diesel engines and other vehicle components.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Support the implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
• Mentor and guide less experienced mechanics.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues effectively and promptly.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Diesel Mechanics or equivalent
• Higher Certificate in Automotive Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years working with heavy vehicles or in a related field.

Technical Skills

• Electrical Systems Knowledge
• Hydraulic Systems Proficiency

Certifications

Languages
