We are seeking a Public Health Specialist to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing health programs that address community needs. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to enhance health awareness and improve overall public health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead public health initiatives that target specific health challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop public health strategies.
• Prepare and present findings from health assessments to community groups.
• Organize and lead training workshops on health topics.
• Support the design of surveys and data collection methods.
• Evaluate community resources and services related to public health.
• Engage with local schools and organizations to promote health education.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related discipline
• Master's in Epidemiology or Health Administration is a plus

• 4+ years in public health roles
