Responsibilities

  • Produce and manage comprehensive event plans outlining roles, responsibilities, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure all event materials and supplies are prepared and delivered on time.
  • Utilize social media and other platforms to promote events and engage with potential attendees.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments for event locations.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize event visibility.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of vendors and clients for future reference.
  • Monitor and assess the event industry and market trends to improve service offerings.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates throughout the planning process.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members in event planning best practices.
  • Evaluate venue suitability and negotiate contracts to maximize value.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
