Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at process development and optimization.
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to develop new chemicals and materials.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing

• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with industrial automation systems: Experience with DCS or PLC systems for process control.
