Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Support Representative to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a knack for problem-solving, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries and provide support to customers in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in developing FAQs and customer support documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment
