Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough examinations of animals to diagnose health issues.
  • Administer vaccinations and medications as per veterinary protocols.
  • Perform surgeries and other medical procedures when necessary.
  • Educate pet owners on preventive care and proper animal nutrition.
  • Collaborate with veterinary technicians to provide effective care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records for all patients.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in veterinary medicine.
  • Provide emergency care in critical situations.
  • Conduct follow-up evaluations to track patient progress.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote animal welfare.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
Experience
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in a veterinary practice
