We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes. This role involves collaborating with various teams to establish quality benchmarks and implementing testing methodologies to achieve them.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases and results.
• Implement and standardise testing protocols across projects.
• Engage in cross-functional team collaboration to uphold quality standards.
• Perform risk assessments to prioritize testing efforts effectively.
• Analyze test results and make recommendations for product improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging testing tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
