Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor email marketing campaigns to increase customer loyalty.
• Develop content strategies that align with business goals and target audience preferences.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies are effectively integrated.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and report on campaign expenditures and ROI.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Guide junior marketing staff and interns in their professional development.
• Research competitors and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
• Prepare and present marketing reports to the management team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing or Communications

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles
