Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, your main focus will be to assist our clients in East London with their technical inquiries. You'll be responsible for diagnosing issues and providing effective solutions. Candidates should be comfortable using various customer service tools and demonstrate strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and support requests.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to resolve technical issues and enhance user experience.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Assist in software installations and configurations for clients.
  • Provide feedback to product teams to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Degree in Computer Science is an advantage

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
