• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scale-up processes.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Participate in training and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in chemical process design and improvement

Technical Skills

• Process optimization

Certifications

• Chemical Engineering License

Languages

• English: Fluent
