Job Description

As an Investment Banker in our Storied Sandton location, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing financial models, and providing insights to guide investment decisions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in investment banking and a commitment to client success.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial advisory services in M&A and corporate finance.
• Analyze financial statements and assess company performance.
• Identify risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee junior analysts in producing required documentation.
• Present financial recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Stay updated on industry developments and legislation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking or related finance roles
