Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals and groups.
• Create tailored intervention plans based on client assessments.
• Track and document client progress in therapy.
• Work with a team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
• Lead workshops addressing various mental health issues.
• Assist in crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions.
• Engage in continuous learning on mental health practices.
• Participate actively in staff development and training sessions.
• Network with community organizations to promote mental health resources.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience

• Mental Health First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
