Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate at our Cape Town facility, you will oversee clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines. This role requires a strong commitment to research integrity and patient welfare, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at clinical sites.
  • Ensure trial sites are adequately staffed and trained.
  • Monitor patient safety and ensure adherence to GCP guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing for regulatory audits and inspections.
  • Work closely with data management teams to ensure data accuracy.
  • Identify patient recruitment strategies to enhance participation in trials.
  • Handle data queries and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Conduct periodic assessments of trial progress and report to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or Nursing
  • Relevant certifications in Clinical Research
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical trials or healthcare research
