Job Description

We are looking for a driven Accountant (General Ledger) who will manage key financial processes such as managing transactions in the general ledger, assisting with audits, and conducting variance analysis. This position is geared towards individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and aim for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly accounting close processes and financial analysis.
  • Prepare and provide variance analysis to management.
  • Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
  • Analyze income and expenditure data.
  • Collaborate with other departments for budgetary compliance.
  • Assist in dealing with financial discrepancies.
  • Provide training for accounting staff.
  • Review and complete monthly reporting requirements.
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Master's degree preferred but not required.
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in general ledger accounting.
