Responsibilities

• Review financial records and assess tax implications for clients.
• Offer guidance on tax-efficient financial planning strategies.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance tax knowledge and service delivery.
• Draft and file tax returns ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Assist clients in understanding complex tax codes and implications.
• Prepare documentation for tax audits and represent clients during tax inquiries.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on tax-related matters.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• Advanced diploma in Taxation or equivalent is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of tax consulting experience

• Financial Analysis

Certifications

• CA(SA) (Chartered Accountant South Africa) is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
