Responsibilities

• Translate user needs and business goals into engaging design concepts.
• Work across teams to ensure a cohesive user experience across platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness and enhance user engagement.
• Use analytics and research to inform design decisions and improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate design ideas.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and assist developers during the implementation phase.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma
• HTML/CSS

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
