Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer intravenous therapies and perform wound care.
• Manage medical equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Act as a patient advocate and respond to patient needs promptly.
• Conduct health education sessions for patients and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the healthcare facility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Registered Nurse qualification with SANC required

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Registered Nurse certification with SANC

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with Geriatric Patients: Knowledge and experience in geriatric care would be beneficial.
• Wound Care Certification: Certification in wound care management is highly regarded.
