Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical repairs and installations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.
• Update maintenance logs and report issues to management.
• Assist in the setup and installation of new equipment.
• Provide recommendations for improvements in maintenance procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Participate in safety meetings and training.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
• Evaluate and recommend tools for maintenance tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Certification in HVAC or Electrical Systems preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance or repair roles
