Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure our software products meet high-quality standards. You will play a crucial role in identifying defects and enhancing user satisfaction through rigorous testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing.
• Evaluate and recommend testing tools and technologies for continuous improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on QA best practices.
• Monitor application performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain QA documentation for processes and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
