Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary role will involve accurately inputting and managing large volumes of data. You will work closely with different departments to ensure that all information is current and reliable, contributing to our overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain files and records in accordance with established procedures.
  • Prepare and distribute data entry documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with data entry protocols and standards.
  • Assist in onboarding new data entry staff and training them.
  • Identify issues and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
