Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work with accuracy under tight deadlines. This role involves data input, maintaining data integrity, and supporting administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming data and ensure it is processed correctly.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Prepare spreadsheets and reports for review.
  • Assist other team members with administrative tasks.
  • Provide support on special projects as needed.
  • Ensure all information is kept confidential and secure.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Further education in administration is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
