Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will ensure the integrity of our data management system by entering information with high levels of accuracy. Your role involves regular updating of records, organizing files, and providing support to our administrative team. We seek someone who can thrive under pressure and manage their time effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
  • Update and maintain databases and records.
  • Ensure compliance with internal data management policies.
  • Prepare and analyze data for reporting purposes.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new administrative processes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation certificate
  • Diploma in Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
