Job Description

As an Entry Taker, you will play a crucial role in our operations, handling incoming requests and ensuring accurate data entry. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be key to success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in problem resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor the flow of requests and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Provide feedback for system enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of all transactions.
  • Support other administrative functions as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in Office Administration is a plus
Experience
  • Experience in customer service is beneficial
