Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee various construction projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, manage project timelines, ensure quality control, and maintain adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and ensure that all construction activities are executed in a timely manner.
• Monitor and report on construction schedules and deadlines.
• Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise on the construction site.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and adherence to specifications.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct regular evaluations and audits to ensure project efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, NEC3) are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
