Job Description

As a Public Health Specialist, you will engage in various health outreach programs, conducting research and collecting data to inform our health initiatives while collaborating with community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement community health programs focused on prevention and wellness.
• Collaborate with local health authorities and organizations to enhance public health initiatives.
• Conduct needs assessments and community health screenings.
• Analyze health data to identify trends and inform program development.
• Educate community members about health issues and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Prepare reports on program activities and health outcomes.
• Facilitate community workshops and seminars.
• Engage in policy advocacy for improved health resources.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in public health or community health programs

• Certified in Public Health (CPH)
