Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop treatment strategies.
  • Administer immunizations and manage medication prescriptions.
  • Educate patients on lifestyle changes for improved health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
  • Facilitate patient referrals to specialists as necessary.
  • Implement and evaluate quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all legal regulations.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior nursing staff.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to policy development.
  • Respond effectively to medical emergencies as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Nurse Practitioner certification by a recognized board
Experience
  • 2+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
