Job Description

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for your next challenge? We want you to be part of our innovative team in Cape Town, where you'll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from understanding client needs to managing candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize social media and professional networks to find candidates.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on their skills and experiences.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' fit for roles.
  • Provide feedback to candidates post-interview.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs.
  • Organize recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant HR Qualifications or Certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Languages
  • English: Fluent
