We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our talented team in Bloemfontein. As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services. You will ensure that all technical issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network issues and resolve connectivity problems.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in various systems.
• Ensure data backup procedures are properly implemented.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
• Assist in developing IT policies and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for new employees on IT systems.
• Provide over-the-phone support for remote employees.
• Gather user feedback to improve IT services.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• Remote Desktop Support
• Basic Scripting

Certifications

• CompTIA Network+ Certification
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent
